Mum was delighted with her flowers for mothers day. Sadly they forgot the chocolates! When I e-mailed to let them know - Paul promptly apologised and said he'd send out upgraded chocolates next day. Hopefully they will be worth the wait

Good local florist, very helpful staff!
Phoned in the morning to order flowers for a birthday. Told them I wanted to spend 30 and could someone run them over to Beetroot Bar and Grill (50 yards away on the other side of the road). Was told they wouldn't have a delivery driver free until after 3.00 pm. I pointed out it's across the road but was told all the staff were too busy (it would take approx 1 minute). I ended up phoning Beetroot to ask if a staff member could pick them up for me. The flowers were nice enough but not really worth the money. Disappointed.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the service was from Paul and his team of skilful and creative florists when I visited him to share my very specific ideas for funeral flowers.Paul was not phased as he sketched ideas for a floral head-piece for my mum within her casket.I also wanted her wooden walking stick to be decorated with flowers, as that too would be placed with mum.The floral arrangements were absolutely STUNNING and my father and I actually wept with joy when we saw them. Beautiful flowers, incredibly creative and lovely people within a florist store that is very popular, as the bouquets that filled the store prior to delivery on the day of my visit showed.I cannot thank you all enough.You have made such a beautiful contribution to my dear mum's funeral.Thank you so much.Stephanie xxx
