Awful appointment making system. If you're thinking of joining don't. Join one of the other two practices in the same building. They're very stubborn.
The receptionist was very friendly when I was making a booking and the locum doctor that I spoke to on the phone was sensitive and very helpful. I thought it was important to leave a review here as I had such a positive experience and the other reviews here arent necessarily reflective of the practice for each patient.
I wish i could give it zero stars. Booking an appointment seems to be impossible. Just today i called at 8:30 exactly when the practice opens, had to wait 20 minutes on hold. When i was finally number one in the que i got disconnected . Called them right back just to be told that there no more appointments left.
Can never get through to doctors start 8.30am doesn't even ring then it does at 9 nothing left
Disgusting practice, doctors dont have a clue how to do there job properly. They would rather write a prescription then get to the source of the problem. I had one doctor that literally had a mental break down and was in tears at how she couldnt cope with her job anymore. This place needs shut down or way more funding. its an absolute disgrace
